At A.R. Schmeidler & Co., Inc. we recognize that each
client has individual needs and requirements to consider when structuring
and managing an investment portfolio. All portfolios' investments are
comprised of publicly traded equities, bonds and/or government securities,
but each portfolio is the result of the client's unique profile. We work
with clients' specific circumstances, including their time horizons, return
expectations, risk tolerances, income needs, service preferences and tax
status.
In taxable accounts we can be particularly sensitive to
capital gains issues and employ strategies to maximize the growth of capital.
In nontaxable accounts we often focus on the timeliness of returns and
the risk associated with achieving them. With individual accounts, personal
and financial considerations such as estate plan issues, asset characteristics
and exposure are important. For institutional clients, the form and structure
of employee benefit plans, liquidity and sector diversity are given careful
consideration.
Each account is assigned two senior managers who are equally
knowledgeable of the specific characteristics of each client's requirements.
Through regular communication, we work with our clients and their consultants
and advisors. This insures that their accounts are managed to support
their investment goals. |
