Do any two clients' accounts look exactly the same or is each one managed separately?
We do not have a cookie-cutter approach and no two clients' accounts look exactly the same. Each client's account is managed to reflect its specific circumstances, including factors such as age, time horizon, return expectations, risk tolerance, income needs, service preferences and tax status.

Do financial consultants or customer representatives manage client accounts?
No. We do not employ financial or customer reps. Every client account is managed by two senior portfolio managers who are members of our investment policy group and involved in formulating our investment decisions. This also ensures both our collaborative approach and availability.

Do your managers invest in the same companies that you invest in for your clients?
Yes. We believe in the investments we make for our clients and invest our own money in the same securities.

What is your minimum size account requirement?
Because of the highly customized nature of our services our minimum account size is $1,000,000 in assets.

How do you charge for your services?

Do you charge any other fees to your clients?

If I wish to maintain a relationship with my broker while delegating the management to you, would you be willing to place the trades through her or him?
Yes. If you have relationships with brokers that you wish to keep, we are pleased to accommodate your request.

Will you work with my accountant, attorney, investment consultant and financial planner?
